我們去健身房重訓最常追求的兩個目的:增加肌肉體積與力量,在停止訓練後,多久會開始流失呢?雖然幾天不練視覺上肌肉就會明顯變小、力量也是,但事實上真的流失肌肉與肌力所需的時間可能遠比你想的久!肌肉並沒有我們想的那麼容易流失,視覺上變小,主要是由於沒有經常刺激,肌肉中儲存的能量(肝糖)會減少,連帶水分也會減少,這才是感覺不再飽滿的主因。
